God, if I had to pick between this and the 458 I don't know if I could choose. I would probably got with the 458 since I've actually driven one and it was perfect. However this thing is just insane!

Hmm
I'm guessing it would be a very expensive job.
Even if the mechanics of it aren't that bad because the engine is an evolution of the last engine you'd have to tear up the interior. The big problem with swapping a transmission into a car that doesn't come with a manual is that the interior is designed exclusively for the DCT

I love Lambo. I really want this new car to be awesome to drive and really challenge Ferrari.
I'm just not sure that it will. Only way to know will be to drive it and the 458's successor back to back.
I have test driven a first gen Gallardo and I've driven an F430 Spider a lot. The RWD spider was definitely the more exciting car to me. I have not driven a second gen RWD Gallardo.
I hope Lambo makes a RWD version of the new car.

Did you do an Oppo post on driving the 458? I want details!!
I've never driven one. I'm scared to cause then I might love it too much and try to sell a kidney for one.

If money was no object then it might actually be doable.
If money was no object then you could also revert from the digital dash to a traditional one. I really don't like the new dash
